Selection Day Chosen – November 13, 2004
Now you know when it is, but what exactly is Selection Day? This is the day when all Priority Reservation holders have the opportunity to purchase their choice of Parkside suites before we open to the general public. It is very possible that all Parkside suites will be sold on selection day, and none will be available to the public.

Priority Registration Process
Parkside quarter intervals will be offered using a Priority Registration Process. This means the higher you are on our reservation list, the better chance you have of receiving the vacation or investment home of your choice. If you have not completed priority registration, or are unsure about your status, be sure to check with us to avoid disappointment on selection day. Usage Plan for Parkside Ownership
Owners will have access to their Parkside home at least twelve weeks per year. Each owner has a fixed prime block of 4 weeks from June to September, each and every year. In addition, you receive a 14 night block of time every 8 weeks during the quieter seasons, from October through May. It is also possible for you to use Parkside for 3 months consecutively or up to 5 months per year in special cases. Call for more information on how this works.

Bonus Time
Two weeks per year, per unit, are designated to owners collectively, in which owners may book as “bonus time.” If not required by owners, management will rent this space on the group's behalf to reduce the operating costs and maintenance fees for owners. This means that on any given night, on average, there will be about 5 nights available for you and other owners, to use as extra time, 365 days a year (about 1800 nights a year). If unused, we rent out on your behalf to reduce any fees.
