As a part of our development deal with the City of Victoria , we had agreed to help straighten Blanshard Street . We are also in the process of annexing a 12 metre strip of land from our neighbors at St. Josephs.

This requires the property lines to be redrawn and registered with the Land Titles Office (LTO). The new property lines must be registered with the LTO, before site mobilization and excavation commences.

Detailed building construction drawings are almost complete and our consultants feel we are still on target to be the first Platinum LEED project in Canada

We have seen consistent sales in January/February, selling several Saltspring, Gabriola A, Gabriola B & Quadra homes. We are expecting a very strong spring/summer and currently only have one home left under $100,000.
