Pacific Shores Resort & Spa is excited to offer a full-time fitness program, now available on weekdays with Fitness Instructor Amber Colquhoun. This program offers personal training, group, outdoor and children’s fitness classes.
With a BA in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and a Diploma in Human Performance from Langara College in Vancouver BC, Amber’s passion is to help people realize the potential and power of their bodies and minds.
Amber's classes create a positive, non-competitive atmosphere where students achieve physical and mental success. You can reach her via email at amber.colquhoun@aviawest.com. She looks forward to working and meeting with guests, helping them to achieve a greater quality of life.
