RCI Confirmation letters regarding your vacations
It has come to our attention that many owners are not taking the time to read their confirmation letters when they arrive from RCI.
It is very important that you read these letters right away to see if the information is correct. Did you know chances of getting your booking fixed is much higher at that time rather than leaving it until closer to your date of arrival?
To achieve a successful booking, it is your obligation to confirm that the information is correct. We generally recommend that you phone RCI back within the 24 hour period of first booking to check on what they see for your confirmation. This way, you can make some changes to the booking should you require.
Do remember that if the date of arrival is 14 days from the time of check-in, you may not change a booking. If you have utilized the new Canadian Cancellation Protection, you can cancel right up to the date of arrival.
