The heat from the highway wafted up in my face nearly suffocating me as I got off my motorcycle at Destinations Holiday Park in Kelowna.
Walking into the cool reception room was refreshing, registration was handled quickly by efficient, friendly staff.
A brief ride to the condo unit and finally time to take off the riding gear: boots, jackets, chaps, gloves, helmet...all protective but uncomfortable in 30 degree weather.
Then a big WOW from both of us as we entered a clean, spacious one bedroom with bright light, spa tub, ice ready in the freezer and BBQ on the patio.
