Method:
Whisk together milk and cornstarch. Add the eggs and yolks and mix completely. Heat the milk and sugar together and heat until sugar is dissolved and milk is scaled. Remove from heat.
Whisk the hot milk slowly into the egg mixture. Return to the heat and whisk until it thickens. Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla, mascarpone cheese and cream cheese. Allow to cool completely.
Whip up whipping cream and mix into cool cheese mixture. Pipe into coffee cups lined with khalua dipped lady fingers, garnish with shaved chocolate and icing sugar.
