Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

500gr Artichoke hearts (canned)

1 1/2 tbsp Chopped parsley
1/2 tbsp Chopped garlic
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour cream
1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
1fl oz Lemon Juice
1 cup Chopped fresh spinach leaves
Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper

Method: In a food processor puree the canned artichoke hearts. Place in a stainless steel bowl and combine remaining ingredients. Season to taste.

Place in an oven proof dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until center is warm. Serve with tortilla chips of pita wedges.
