How long will it take for my RCI membership to be activated?
This will usually take between 3-8 weeks depending on the date of completion. For more details on the actual completion date, you can contact your Owner Liaison team, 1.866.769.6377 or by e-mail at owner@aviawest.com
What do I look for in the mail?
You will receive a plastic membership card. It will have your name and RCI number on it.
I have a SP # on my certificate that I received from Dorothy Clarkstone. Is this the same number as the RCI number?
No! This is your ID number for your Avaiwest Club Ownership.
Where do I make a reservation using my points?
You must phone in to RCI at 1.877.968.7476 and speak with a vacation counselor.
If you need any assistance prior to making that call, ask us at 1.866.769.6377.
I received 2 complimentary nights and I don't know how to book this?
Please phone 1.888.777.9091 and you may make your reservation. Do remember that they must be booked 72 hour or less from the date of arrival.
I heard that there are New Owners Workshops to help educate me?
Yes! We host these evenings twice a month on Wednesday evenings, beginning at 7 PM. One evening is hosted in Victoria and the other in Parksville. Due to the popularity of these workshops and limited space, you must RSVP to hold your spot. Please call 1.866.769.6377 or e-mail owner@aviawest.com
