A Message from Vacation Internationale 
To Aviawest members,
The definitive agreement between Aviawest Resort Club (ARC) and Vacation Internationale (VI) has been finalized and VI would like to take this opportunity to officially welcome ARC members into the VI family.
We are pleased to have you join us and proud to share the VI program with you.Your VI contract package will be in the mail to you by the end of this week and we anticipate delivery to your home around May 15, 2012. Included in your package is a VI directory which highlights the more than 40 resorts in the VI Program and provides an overview of how the VI Program works.
In order for this to proceed smoothly your Aviawest Resort Club account must be in good standing. You will need to have fully paid your July 2011 invoice and have made monthly prepayments, from (January to May) each equal to one twelfth (1/12) of the amount of your 2011 invoice. This is the minimum possible payment for your account to be in good standing. You may, alternately, choose to make a single prepayment equal to your 2011 invoice or a 50% prepayment immediately and a 2nd payment after your July 2012 invoice is issued and your credit is taken into account.

We are here to answer all your questions and facilitate the smooth transition to your VI membership.
To complete the transfer to your VI membership we must receive your signed contract. Please refer to the Document Checklist in your package, then complete and return the appropriate contract documents to VI so we may expedite the processing of your ownership. Once we have received and processed your paperwork, you will receive a welcome letter with your VI Owner number and you will be able to log in to the 'members home' section of our website to view availability and resort information.
