Parkside Victoria - Guest Services Team

Main Duties:

• Warmly greeting guests during both check-in and check-out process
• Assisting guests with inquiries and assisting with tourist information
• Answering telephones and directing calls
• Making reservations (RCI points, weeks, resort reservations, etc.)
• Accepting payments
• Running daily reports
• Liaising with all departments to ensure resort operations run smoothly

Our Wishlist:

• Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts
• Previous customer servicer experience necessary
• Hospitality education or experience is desirable
• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable

Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available
Wage: $12/hour to start
