Position: Laundry Attendant
Location: Parksville, BC

Pacific Shores Resort & Spa, an award winning member of the Aviawest Resort Group, is seeking to add to our Housekeeping team. Aviawest Resorts offer world-class vacation opportunities to people around the world, and ownership opportunities at properties in both Vancouver and on Vancouver Island.

Duties:

• Treating and laundering sheets, towels, bedding and other items
• Loading and unloading machines
• Ironing tablecloths
• Making up room amenities packages/kits for distribution
• Delivering room supplies
• Liaising with front desk and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting with room moves
• May be required to clean guest rooms on occasion

• Must be able to work well in a team
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Attention to cleanliness and neatness
• Multi-tasker and detail orientated
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Available to work shifts from either 6 am-2:30 pm and 12:30 pm to 9 pm
• Positive attitude
  
  

Pay Scale: $10/hour to start
