Reservations Agent - Production Based
Location: Nanaimo, BC
Reports to: Director of Owner Services

Do you enjoy speaking on the telephone? Does setting your own wage appeal to you? Then we are looking for YOU to join our growing Owner Referral Department in Nanaimo!

Your primary focus:

• To enjoy and be comfortable with inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Booking Aviawest accommodations
• Providing referrals with local activity and attraction information to enhance their visit
  
  

Qualifications/skills required:

• Very strong listening, written & telephone communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills with focus and sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently
• Energetic with attention to detail and an ability to prioritize
  
  

Hours: 20-30 hours/week (some weekend & evening shifts)
