Position: Maintenance Staff
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Location: Parksville, BC

Duties include maintenance and repairs of :

• Guest units (condominiums and town houses), resort offices and buildings
• Swimming pool and hot tubs
• Recreation center, restaurant and spa
• Water supply (electrical pumps, generators, water chemistry)
• Septic lift stations

Skills/Abilities:

• Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting
• All round handyman/woman
• Time management and organizational skills
• Efficient, forward thinking multi-tasker
• Attention to detail, follow up and investigation
• Ability to maintain composure under stress

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts
• Be "on-call" on a rotational basis
• Pride in producing and ensuring quality workmanship
• Rain gear and CSA approved footwear
• Previous hotel or resort experience is desirable
• Valid drivers license

Pay Scale: Depending on Experience
