Reservations Agent - Production Based
Location: Nanaimo, BC
Reports to: Director of Owner Services

Then we are looking for YOU to join our growing Owner Referral Department in Nanaimo!

Your primary focus

• To enjoy and be comfortable with inbound and outbound telephone calls
  
• Booking Aviawest accommodations
  
• Providing referrals with local activity and attraction information to enhance their visit

Qualifications/skills required

• Very strong listening, written & telephone communication skills
  
• Outstanding organizational skills with focus and sense of urgency
  
• Ability to work independently
  
• Energetic with attention to detail and an ability to prioritize

Hours: 20-30 hours/week (some weekend & evening shifts)
