Get greener and go fractional

Why fractional ownership is eco-friendly

Considering a vacation home but concerned about your carbon footprint?

According to the Carbon Trust, fractional ownership is your most eco-friendly option.

Paul Simonds of propertytalklive.com explains that "buying a fractional property, where a number of people purchase a portion of a property and share usage, reduces the number of individual buildings constructed and therefore maintenance and upkeep required, thus reducing carbon emissions."

Not only is fractional ownership greener, but also a lot more affordable.  Fractional owners can own a portion of a property for a fraction of the cost of a full vacation home, without all the hassle of property maintenance.

And when owners are not staying at the property, it can be rented out on the owners' behalf.

Want to reduce your carbon footprint even further? Make sure you choose to purchase a fractional property with high eco-standards!
