Ross Collicutt
Born on the prairies but raised on Vancouver Island, Ross has always loved running around outdoors.
Soccer filled his days when he was a little tyke and then rugby later on. After spending some time working at an outdoor outfitter shop in Nanaimo while attending Vancouver Island University for a degree in Computing Science, he got hooked on hiking and trail running.
Now comfortable on snow, water and dirt, Ross spends most of his free time exploring Vancouver Island’s vast wilderness by running, hiking, skiing or kayaking.
Recently bitten by the travel bug, Ross’ travels have taken him across Canada, into the States, as well as to Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and France. Exotic locations in Asia and South America are next on his list in the search for great stories and amazing photos.
