Andrew Pearson
Andrew has called the Parksville area home for about 55 years. He and his wife Susan have lived on-site at Pacific Shores since 1990. Active in real estate & land development since 1964, Andrew is responsible for new development, financing, and planning for future resort locations. His creativity and vision are the foundation on which the company has been built. His passions include his grandchildren, golf, gardening, and of course, travel through the RCI Points system.
Susan Pearson
Susan lives on-site at Pacific Shores with her husband, Andrew. They’ve been married since 1965 and have worked together for most of that time. A real estate appraiser and agent by trade, she now oversees sales, finance, inventory and personnel management. She is an avid reader, downhill skier and a fan of the fine arts. Of course, she also has a passion for travel and, last but not least, her grandchildren.
James Pearson
James grew up in the Parksville-Qualicum area and now resides in Victoria BC. He oversees marketing, sales, business development, and information technology. As a board member of the Canadian Resort Development Association, Jim actively promotes ethics and good business practices in the Canadian resort industry. He enjoys cycling, running, swimming, skiing and travel to RCI resort properties.
Lawrence Pearson
Lawrence was born across the bay from Pacific Shores – literally. He now resides in Nanaimo with his wife Chandra, who oversees AquaTerre Spa at Pacific Shores and his two children, Jonah and Jordan. He is responsible for Aviawest operations which include: short and long term maintenance plans for the suites, refurbishing, grounds maintenance, housekeeping, front desk staff, and ancillary services. Lawrence also works closely with the strata organizations related to Aviawest. He and his family enjoy traveling through RCI.
Chandra Pearson
Chandra was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. She moved to Vancouver Island in 1993 and began working at Pacific Shores. Shortly thereafter, she met her husband Lawrence. Chandra held owner liaison and senior administration positions before taking on new challenge – AquaTerre Spa. As Director of Spa Services for AquaTerre, she is responsible for all day-to-day operations and is the key contributor to its success. Chandra’s children, Jonah and Jordan, are most important to her and she cherishes spending time with them.
