Parkside Victoria Resort & Spa was proud to be the founding sponsor and headquarters of the inaugural Ryder Hesjedal's Tour de Victoria, which took place on May 28, 2011.

Over 1,200 cyclists of all levels and abilities took part in this event, riding either the 90km route, lead by Olympian Simon Whitfield, or the 140km route, lead by Tour de France 7th place finisher Ryder Hesjedal and "Captain Canuck" Trevor Linden.

 

Parkside's first Earth Expo & Farmers' Market on Saturday, April 30, 2011 was a huge success. The event was well attended and we couldn't have asked for better weather!

 

Way to go team! With more than 20 corporate team members lining up for the 22nd annual Times Colonist 10K, Aviawest was well represented among the more than 10,000 runners pounding the pavement on Sunday, May 1, 2011. It would be great if we could get even MORE runners & walkers out for Victoria's next big race, the Goodlife Fitness Victoria Marathon on Sunday, October 9, 2011!

Check out the latest video of AquaTerre Spa at Parkside!

The spa has his and her change rooms where guests can change into robes while waiting for their treatments. The change rooms feature washrooms and a large shower and are wheelchair accessible.

While waiting for treatments, the AquaTerre Spa lounge offers guests a tranquil atmosphere of relaxation with complimentary tea and water and reading materials.

The spa also features two multipurpose rooms for massages waxing and facials.

Couples who wish to indulge in side-by-side massages or facials can do so in AquaTerre Spa's couples' room.
