I have been on the road for quite a long time and thought I would share a post.

I arrived at the BC Ferry terminal at Tsawwassen, and as I was pulling up to the gate to pay, a woman with bright blue eyes greeted me and quickly looked down at the Parkside logo on the door of the truck.

She smiled and said "I have stayed there and it was lovely!"

Thank you Chris, Natasha, Sarah, and TK.

Forty-eight hours till the flight lifts off. I wanted to thank you all for taking the time to find and even purchase cars and little toys for the kids in east Africa.

I will take pictures. Something to us may be so small but to the small children they are like gold.

On November 22, the Guest Services Team at Parkside was invited for Afternoon Tea and a tour of The Fairmont Empress!

On Sept 25, 2010, I competed in the Mind Over Mountain Adventure Racing (MOMAR) in Cumberland with 320 racers/92 teams competing.

Trina White's husband Jason and I (team name: 'Wild International') were in the team of two male category, placing 11th in cateogory and 24th overall with a time of 6 hours and 3 minutes.

I went to see a Micheal Buble concert last weekend and stayed at the Aviawest in Vancouver (located in the Rosedale on Robson) - it was so awesome!

My friends and I had an amazing girls weekend!

I would like to mention a really fantastic spot my wife and I have been to on a few occasions now, for anyone wanting a nice lunch or dinner; it's called the Malahat Mountain Inn, right on the Malahat, closer to Victoria.

Great food all in all, but it's the view that is pretty awesome from their outdoor balcony!

Last week, some fortunate Parkside team members had the chance to experience life above Sooke at Adrena LINE Zipline Adventure Tours.

Everyone had a great time flying through the trees and exploring stunning West Coast forests.

Guides Nick and Jimbo provided comic relief and the rain even held off for most of the experience.
