Tim Wallberg's last day is this Saturday, and the Maintenance team at Parkside would like to extend the invite to everyone to join us for a pint at Swan's Brewpub this Thursday, August 4th at 4:30pm. Thank you Tim for all your hard work in the Maintenance Department at Parkside.

I want to thank Sara Kinzie for all her dedication and hard work over the last two years - her help with the set-up and operations during the opening of Parkside and her year at Waters Edge.

Both properties benefited from her hard work and leadership.

Sara will be leaving us at the end of August. We are sad to see her go and we want to wish her well.

Cynthia Petrie is leaving her position with us at Parkside Victoria on July 23rd .

Cynthia was the very first external hire we did for Parkside and she has been witness to a great deal of growth – both at Parkside and within the Guest Services Team – in the two years she has been with us.

In those two years, Cynthia has gone from helping stock cutlery before we opened to leading Guest Services with class and dedication.

On Saturday, June 18th, we launched a new suite of vacation ownership membership levels, with a variety of new benefits at each level.

The membership levels reflect the amount of points purchased, and depending if they become Classic, Silver, Gold or Platinum tier owners, new customers will be eligible for products, services and travel experiences including:

We would like to welcome Richard Crosley as the new innkeeper at the Pinnacle Lodge.

Richard brings with him 30+ years in food and beverage. Richard decided the time was right to take on the hotels and studied hotel restaurant management at Camosun college.

Rehana Hussain's last day at Aviawest in Vancouver will be June 3rd and I would personally like to wish her well in her future endeavours.

Rehana has been with the company for over seven years and has seen some monumental changes take place within the organization over that time. 

After nearly 8 years with Aviawest, Wanda Connelly will be leaving us.

Wanda has been a dedicated and hard working member of the Pacific Shores accounting team and will be greatly missed.

I wanted to personally thank her for the tremendous help she has been to our expanding team and myself over the past while.

We wish Wanda health and happiness in whatever the future brings for her. Wanda's last day was April 29th.

Actor and rapper Ice Cube was in Victoria over the weekend for a show and was kind enough to pose for a picture with Parkside Guest Services Team member Ben in the lobby!
