The Landing at the 2011 Fire & Ice Festival
The Landing Westcoast Grill culinary team did a fine job at the 2011 Fire and Ice Festival in Qualicum Beach this past weekend.
Our team in attendance consisted of myself, the Director of Food & Beverage, our Executive Sous Chef, First Cook, Prep Cook and Event Supervisor.
Our team put a lot of hard work into preparing our double-smoked turkey and bacon chili, crafted with four different types of beans.
We noticed many repeat customers and received many compliments on our chili!
